Having previously renovated the Hall exterior, they loved it so much they called me back the next year. I tackled the whole upstairs with new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, everything. Turned it into a seamless, high-end space from top to bottom.
Luxury Bathroom Remodel
Lakeview Heights, BC
Starting from an empty slate, I stripped the bathroom bare and rebuilt it with flair. Beautiful hexagon flooring grounds the space, paired with subway tile climbing halfway up the walls for that classic touch, while shiplap takes over above to open up the feel. In a tight footprint, I carved out room for a stunning freestanding tub and a sleek glass shower—every inch now feels luxurious and thought out.
Custom Outdoor Deck
McCulloch, BC
Revamped the Lyons Residence. Slapped on a huge front carport arcade to keep snow off the cars, then built a rear lower deck with a shed roof and hot tub tucked in. Finished it off with hefty wood-and-beam framing for that full, rustic polish.

Started as swapping out windows, but spotted chances to revamp the front facade too. Ended up transforming the entire exterior while keeping the pace smooth, gave the place that fresh, sharp look without adding extra days.

Transformed a dated kitchen into a modern masterpiece — gutted and ripped out old flooring. The kitchen was transformed with high-end details in a stunning, not-so-common finish that'll turn heads. The whole space jumped forward decades.

Transformed a dated main floor into a modern masterpiece — beautified the sunken living room, and reframed the fireplace for a sleek clean look. I took their previously closed in deck area, framed in the old interior window for more privacy, then turned the whole thing into a bright office space. Finished it off with a modern barn door that slides away when you want the open feel, or stays put for quiet focus—clean, minimal, and surprisingly roomy. Seconds as a spare bedroom too.
